Default Knee Pain

What is the cause of knee pain? I know that there are probably a whole host of reasons, but what are the main causes of knee pain? Have you ever had knee pain before? If so, what did you do to relieve the pain, and how long did it take for this to happen?

I'm asking because I've been having knee pain in my right knee for a few months now, and I'm starting to wonder if there's anything I can do to take care of it.

Default Cause and treatment of knee pain.

The main cause of knee pain is damage of cartilage and reduction of synovial fluid or any infection in synovial membrane.About the treatment, there are painkillers and suitable antibiotics for a particular infection joint.
But the best natural treatment of this pain is to take the castor oil with milk approx 10 to 15 ml.before the bed time. The hot fomentation with castor oil will also helpful in this problem.

I have very little cartilage left in my right knee. Doc says that when you can't take it any longer, he will replace it. I am putting that off by strengthening my abs (daughter is a physical therapist), taking hyaluronic acid by mouth, and using the Zero Point Energy wand.

As you can see, I will do anything to put off going under the knife.

Repeated stress or overuse, which may occur from playing sports or if your work or hobby requires doing the same activity over and over again

Sudden turning, pivoting, stopping, cutting from side to side, which happens frequently during certain sports

I agree with NathenEdick. Stressed and repeated use such as runnig, jumping etc might cause you to feel pain on your knees. Sometimes, its a sign of arthritis. Sometimes, if you are stressed out, you feel pain in different parts of your body.

The main cause is lack of calcium in your body. But remember that never take any calcium pills, because when you have natural source, why you go for them.

Rich Source for calcium is eating fish, eggs, spinach & drinking milk daily helps to strengthen your bones.

You can ask me for any natural home remedy tips to get rid of arthritis problem.

I agree with Nathan, mechanical stress is the most likely cause. In my experience, in the absence of trauma when women have knee pain it is most likely because of weak medial quad muscles or overpronation of the feet.

Most knee pain is treated conservatively, but there are situations in which surgery is required. Athletes are at an elevated risk for sudden injuries that may require surgery, such as torn ligaments in the center of the knee or certain types of fractures. People with advanced knee osteoarthritis may need knee replacement surgery if they are severely limited in day-to- day activities because of their condition. This is optional surgery and is a last resort.

Most knee conditions respond to a combination of non-invasive treatments such as applying heat or cold, temporarily restraining from activities that aggravate pain, and medications that target pain and inflammation. Exercises to strengthen the muscles that support the knee help reduce stress on the knee joint and prevent re-injury.

Smile Synthetic hyaluronic acid in knee

My orthopedic surgeon recommend that I try shots of synthetic HA (Hyaluronic Acid) in my knee as it helps many patients with knee pain. It is a little uncomfortable procedure but it is over in a few seconds. I had five shots, once per week. I felt some relief the first shot but now after a month there is no pain at all. I was told that the affect would last six months to two years. Because it is not a steroid the procedure can be repeated many times.

I am very happy as I can now walk down stairs without pain. They say that HA is the WD-40 of the body. Getting that extra lubrication in my knee joint must clear up the irritation and thus the pain
