Default Hip dislocation

I am 27, and my hips are constantly popping. When I first get up in the morning it is almost like I have to pop them back into place, and it is painful. The pain fades away fairly quickly, but this will happen several times a day. What could be causing this, and is this normal?

It is very common if you are an athlete. However, it depends on where your hip is actually snapping. If it is on the side, it is probably your Iliotibial Band. This tendon runs down the outside of your leg to right below your knee. If it feels like it is towards the groin, it is your Iliopsoas tendon. That can be a little more difficult, but easy to fix with arthroscopic surgery. If you have access to getting to New York City, I highly recommend the Hospital for Special Surgery. I see a hip specialist there who is great. For his website, Google "Bryan Kelly MD" and it should be the first website (it won't let me post the actually website address on here). That has all the information you need there. And even if you're not in the area, his website has some helpful information. Good luck and stay strong.

in these type of problems, one thing that patient won't able to tackle is pain. And its even not good to take pain killer pills because these pils have side effects. So in such situation one thing to relocate and help in pain is braces. may be knee or hip or shoulder disloaction brace help in relocation and pain control.

That's very serious problem. To be sure, I think you should go to hospital to have some check up.
