Default What are some of the medical malpractice that can cause death to a person?

As a management accounting student, I am not aware for some medical malpractice that other people applied or either by some specialist. I am wondering if this medical malpractice can cause death to a person.

There can be many types of medical malpractice, some can result in death that depends on the effect of the medical negligence.
It can be broadly classified into:
1.Misdiagnosis - some symptoms can relate to more than one diseases, here the experience of the doctor comes in.
2.Medication errors - may be the diagnosis was right but medication was wrong.
3.Adverse reaction - some patients may be allergic to certain kind of medicine

Some doctors are in a worse case scenario when giving wrong medication to a patient, and eventually turned into worse which had cause the patient even more suffering and can lead to death. They could be sentenced or pay fine to their case.

Most doctors who do these things are those who are not licensed to be a doctor. I have seen them always on TV. Some claimed that they have finished studying doctor of medicine but they are not board passers. This case can also be considered as medical malpractice.

Proving medical malpractice takes a lot of effort and procedures and usually requires legal procedures. Most hospitals have contingency measures to face probable malpractice complaints from their patients. Patients planning to file malpractice complaints must be determine to win at all cost, if they really believe that a medical malpractice has been done to them. A good professional medical malpractice lawyer must be hired by patients because they will play a vital role in solving malpractice cases. A substandard medical procedure is difficult to prove that it has been administered and would certainly require the professional services.
