Can we consider abortion as one of medical malpractice? I have no idea regarding this matter and I have no answer at the same time with regards to abortion as medical malpractice.

    

I don't think abortion is malpractice. True, that you are killing a human life, but there are some people who cannot support a child, and so there is no point putting that burden on them.

Technically when abortion is performed, the fetus is not considered "alive". So,doctors do not find any immoral in it.On emotional level,yes it is hard to "kill" something which has no fault of its own.

Being in a Christian country, abortion can be considered a medical malpractice since it is prohibited under the law. Thus, who are caught doing abortion will be held on jail. Plus you will carry the burden of disobeying God's commandment which is, "Thou shall not Kill."

abortion cant be considered with religion it is obviously a malpractice .taking it in a mature sense there is no right to anyone to kill a child who has not even opened eyes. the biggest fault is of a person who do abortion then the person who applies for it

It is interesting how a doctor can not perform an "abortion" once the child is born, but he can stick a sharp pair of scissors into its brain while its head is still in the birth canal, all the way up to nine months.

I also find it strange when the same people who believe in killing innocent babies are the same people who believe capital punishment is not right--even if the criminal is proven guilty beyond doubt.
