I'm not too sure I understand the question. But ultimately, u have to ask what is your goal for working out? To look like person A? To get bigger? To tone up? To just be healthier?
These goals will determine how u work out and eat.
For example, if u want to get big u can eat a high calorie diet. Or if u want to tone up, then incorporate resistance training BEFORE u go jogging.
