It is not necessary to join a gym for your daily exercise, if you do not get enough time then these exercises can be done in your home but there should be proper balance in your diet to get 100% output..

It is an optional idea if you want to stay healthy, but if you thin you cannot afford, you better do regular exercise for yourself like jogging, cycling and simple warm-ups. Body building in the gym is only for those who want to make themselves stronger and much fitter than anyone else.

Exercises are necessary to keep yourself fit and healthy. They are needed not just for body-building, but also to keep your body strong and able to fight diseases. Hence body-building is normally only secondary to this main reason for exercising.A gym is a good place to go to - because you move out of your home, you watch others and get motivated.

Gym is for getting professional help.We never know what exercise will particularly suit us, here the gym instructor comes in.Also as said by others its a good place to get motivation because we always start fully pumped up but then lose our enthusiasm.

i used to go to the gym at night and what worked best was to go around 6 or 7. do alot of running or ellipticall bring water too.
also eat light before you go and give time to digest. then you work out come home shower and go to bed! try it for a week and you'll see results

Today it is neccesary for a man to keep his body fit.Men like to make muscles and are crazy to acquire six pack abs to tone their body.Men always love to have "HULK" body and to achieve this they need to work-out in gym on regular basis.Including regular work-outs in gyms, balanced and nutritious diet also matter to have good health.I am trying to achieve this by following my routine work-out.

I don't entirely agree with you, vandy. I do go to the gym as well, but not to get the 'Hulk' appearance.
I lost 30 kgs's in 3 weeks, and so what I go for is to purely 'tighten up'.
I want to have a lean, toned figure, and that is exactly the sort of routine I follow.
A little bit of cardio followed by some light weights.

Default Gym plus Alkaline Diet

Aside from going into the gym, might as well try to eat some healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals. Plus, these foods are alkaline based. It can neutralize the acids in our body.

Yeah, I found out after a 3 month trip abroad that I had to make do with in-home resistance exercises and jogs/sprints. it worked out OK.
