My doctors said that only morning walk is enough to keep you healthy...
And i am quite punctual to act upon his advice and never felt a complain against my health...

Hello! Well I like to do stomach crunches and go running, and ride my bike! You need to stay fit to be healthy! Another way to stay fit is to eat healthy foods such as fruit, veggies, and nuts/seeds. Try to avoid fattening or oily foods, and keep a food diary about the foods you ingest and the amount of calories in each. Hope I helped!

For looking great,fresh and healthy morning walk is useful and try to walk as possible and eat fruits and drink fresh juices it is good for your health as well as your blood.

hi,
I like to share one thing most people have misconception that after dinner walk will be helpful but this is not true if you walk just after dinning you will probably face digestion problems

That's true! You may also face cramps in the stomach. Not a very good feeling.
