Eat right – Eat right food which will provide you all the types for vitamins, mineral, proteins which are essential for the body growth. The food containing green and leafy vegetables, whole grains and fruits is necessary for the body growth.
Get proper sleep – Get sleep at proper time and for a proper amount of time. Sleep provides you complete rest after your hectic day. Sleep at least for 8 hours in night. Avoid sleeping in day it is not good for health.
Drink right – Drink sufficient amount of water each day. Drink at least 8-9 glass of water in day. Water clean ups the all impurities from the body. Drink different fruit juice, coconut water, and lime water to maintain the water level of your body. Avoid drinking alcohol.
Follow some regular exercise – Following some regular exercise is the requirement of the body. Some simple exercises like walking, running helps to get body in perfect shape. It helps to reduce extra fats and calories from the body. It also helps for proper blood circulation of the body.
