My cousin is a bodybuilder, and he had a very bad experience with steroids in the past. He damaged his leg muscle pretty badly when doing an injection and ended up in the hospital. Thankfully, he hasn't used steroids since. I would advise anyone to stay away from them.

I used to work with a guy who had been body building for several years. He looked good, of course, but he had a terrible anger problem. We worked on an assembly line, and all of a sudden he would just flare up over nothing. He always maintained that he was 'all natural', but I wonder.

I would not put a drug in my body for performance enhancement or cosmetics. It is only temporary and no long-term positive results come out of it UNLESS you are a pro athlete and sign a big contract; of course :-)

What i personally feel is that having tablets or sterioids is not good for muscles in long run. Better go for some other alternative.

Like most, in my opinion, moderation is the key. Working out is no different. Avoid steroids or over doing workouts. A natural and moderate path to fitness is the best long term way of being healthy and fit.

I think its just the temptation which they bring into those kinds of guys who really want to show their self in people. They see the label and then think that by using this product they might get good body within days but its actually not good for them, anything you get with hardwork always makes you feel satisfied.

i think that even if you take those steroids and medicine for bodybuilding, you still have to do work out for this, because once you not let your body to work for which you have given your body some medicines then those things wouldn't work as much greater as it would do with the workout.

Use of steroid is effective to build your body soon but should not be used with out the advice of any practitioner...
This may cause a serious trouble for you in future...

Use natural supplements to build muscle mass. Whey and Creatin are not healthy. Steroids may work for the short term, but you will pay in the long run as your body will have to balance itself out again.

My reccomendations are: Spirulina, Chlorella and Bee Pollen (Muhamed Ali took a lot of bee pollen =) All three of these are very High Protein sources.

Also, you may have subconscious blocks, beliefs or memories that are not allowing you to build muscle mass as quickly as you would like. Beliefs like "I am weak", or maybe some body told you "you will never be as strong as me" and you believed them and took on that program. I do not believe body building tablets or whatnot is healthy at all for your body. You need to get alot of excersize and eat well to stay healthy.
