Default Body Building

Body Building using Tablets and sterioids and what not? Whats the theory behind it? Does it take it quicker for you to get muscles or do is it quicker just to workout? Because if you look in shop windows they seem pretty expensive when you could just do a workout at your own house. And with the tablets do you need to do anything for them to work or can you just take one and sit on sofa doing nothing ?

What you have to remember, serious bodybuilders are always looking for the edge. Why do you think the nutritional supplement market is a billion dollar a year industry? Protein supplements, B vitamins supplements Creatin and on and on and on. Everyone wants that edge and many will spend to their hearts content to achieve it. Personally, I lift weights just for the fun of it and stay toned. But hey..thats just me.

I don't know much about Body Building using Tablets and Steroids but there is NO WAY I would ever do it that way. Sure, it is faster and easier but the short and long term effects on the body are no where near worth it. Do it the old fashioned way, walking, jogging, and maybe buy a simple weight lifting set.

I do not take any nutritional supplement, vitamins or anything of the sort. I consider that they eventually do more bad than wrong to your body. Pure cardio and weight lifting for me! :P

Having tablets or sterioids for making good muscles is definitely not good for you in the long run, make sure you avoid them ..
I've personally seen negative side-effects from such things .

Yea. I would just do some weights every now and then to pump my self up. But sterioids and tablets... Noooooo because it might help your muscle's but may damage something else which could make it life threatening and thats not what you would wnat to happen.

If you've been using body building supplements for a while and have not seen the results you want, or if you're looking for way to increase your muscle mass in a short amount of time, you may have considered body building steroids.

While some steroids, such as anabolic substances, have become legal to use in conjunction with many body building formulas, there are still some risks involved that you should be aware of before you start taking steroids.

Our body is a natural phenomenon, it needs time to develop and become stronger eventually.
The need is to build up on existing muscle and slowly toning it up. Taking supplements results our body going in overdrive and unbalancing the nature. DONT DO THAT.
