My name is Daniel Hoy and I have McArdle's Disease, a rare form of muscular dystrophy. I was diagnosed with my disease in 1998 and have struggled with trying to find helpful information about my disease and how to treat it. I am currently trying to raise funds to help put together a program that helps individuals with muscular dystrophy learn how to cope and manage their particular disease.
