Smile HEALTHY TIPS FOR PEOPLE OF 25 to 30 Years

Hi,

Here are some healthy tips which can help you to keep fit and fine. This is the age limit where you are too busy with the work and you avoid the health... But this is wrong , you should take your proper care because this is the age where you body makes some changes and that can remain for ever.


TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIVING:


1.) Drink as much water as you can. This is good to maintain your functioning in the body. Water helps to remove the unnecessary waste from your body.

2.) Exercise and Walking should take place daily atleast for 30 minutes per day. Because sitting for a long period of time can increase the fats in the body...

3.) Healthy Diet: Healthy diet is very necessary. Many people avoid breakfast in the morning as they hurry for office schedule. You should have heavy breakfast in the morning, then lunch you can have lighter than breakfast, evening you can have some snacks and again dinner should be lesser than lunch.. This also helps to maintain your weight and will not bring obesity to you...

4.) Accept healthy habits: In today's lifestyle smoking and alcoholism has increased tremendous. You should avoid too much smoking and too much alcohol this will help you to keep away from unneeded happenings and disorders.

5.) Avoid stress and depression: These two factors can give hike you blood pressure. There are always ups and downs in life, but do not get depressed. Relax everything will be fine. Always think positive.

6.) Eating Habits: Eat healthy and nutritious food. Avoid junk and fatty foodstuffs . This will help you to keep you away from other diseases such as Diabetes, Obesity, etc....

This way you can easily maintain your health and be always fit and fine...

Well welcome to the health forum and thanks for them tips, I do plenty of walking and always eat breakfast, however I can never seem to drink enough water instead I am drawn to a cup of tea, I guess we can't all be perfect.
