Has anybody heard about PEM [Protein energy malnutrition]?
What are its symptoms? And what is the cure?

protein energy malnutrition is also known as protein-calorie malnutrition.It arises because of inadequate protein intake.It effects the children the most because they have less protein intake.

It arises due to lack of proteins in our diet and to avoid it have protein rich food like pulses,fish,milk,etc.....
