Balance exercises are important following an ankle sprain. Usually with an ankle sprain the ligaments are disrupted to varying degrees which affect the balance abilities of the individual. Sensory feedback from the ankles is one of the three essential components of the balance system. For the ankle sprain do't take adopt any type of the exercise because it needs more demands for bed rest moreover massage is better for its treatment.

Totally agree with the above member but you can do some physical exercise which will help your ankle to recover quickly.
