I believe our health depend more on our mood and the how much you stay happy. Hobbies and extra activities are a part of it. Daily routine sometimes get so boring to keep one depressed so these healthy light activities are very much necessary if you want to stay healthy and happy.
I do gardening when i am free and i take out an hour out of my busy routine to stay close to my garden. it gives me such a great feeling.
