Default How can we stop osteoporosis?

What are the things needed to do so that we can avoid this disease. What are the advised and tips of those specialist to all people in order to avoid its existence?

We can prevent its onset by taking calcium producing food items and by exercising. Also some hormonal tablets at the onset of menopause are believed to be good for you.
There are also tablets which have to be taken once a week to stop is from worsening

As far as osteoporosis concerns, I have read magazines and some advertisements that some specialist advised to drink and eat foods rich in calcium to sustained the healthy and proper structure of our bones. Proper exercise and healthy habits can help also to avoid osteoporosis

Osteoporosis is a very serious condition that should always be under a physician's care. Women going through menopause are especially at risk of developing osteoporosis. Other things that can increase your risk include surgery to remove the ovaries, smoking, heavy drinking, not getting enough calcium, or taking medications such as steroids. If you have any of these risk factors and haven't been checked for osteoporosis, it's probably time to make an appointment just to be safe.
