We all want our little ones to be as safe as possible, but lately it seems like a lot of products for them are being recalled. Simplicity cribs are a good example-we actually had one that was recalled due to a child's death. Luckily, I am a member of several online forums where other members posted about the recall, so I found out about it.

You can also go to the Consumer Product Safety Commission website periodically to check for recalls on items you may have. There is a separate section for child recalls, but my post count is too low to post a link. The most recent ones are listed first.

    

I frequent the consumer center as well. I am also a member of babycenter.com and every time there is a recall of anything pertaining to a baby they send me an email. I had several things that were recalled that we had to send parts back to get a replacement. It worries me to death.
