Is it a smart move to get pet health insurance?

Hi All:

I just adopted two kittens, but both are rescues. I want to know if pet health insurance is a good choice. Does anyone know anything about this? And also, what would be the best place to get it?

I always have believed this is smart and worth it but unfortunately it only pays for orthodox treatments like human insurance. Prevention is cheaper. I really need to write about this on my blog called "Leon's Thought for Food"
