Default Is polio can result disability?

As far as polio concerns, I have seen some persons who suffered from polio became disabled. Why is it that there's a need for those specialist to advise their patient to cut their legs to recover from this kind of disease?

Default

This virus basically attacks infants at young age i.e. up to 10 years. The doctors ask the child take take polio injections and also polio medicine is provided by health organizations to prevent polio patients. If this disease occurs then the body parts gets useless and there remains no choice but to cut them and stop the flow of Polio to other parts of the body. There is no other solution then to cut the patients legs to save his life.
