I'm 16 years old and I was recently at the park with my first girlfriend and we kissed. It was my first kiss and I was pretty nervous. When I got home I went to the bathroom only to find that I had ejaculated. I hadn't noticed at the park and I didn't have an erection. I've been looking online and I can't figure out if I suffer from premature ejaculation or any other thing. I have mastrubated before and I have never ejaculated prematurely so I have no idea whats going on. I also looked up that it could be a prostate problem but is that really possible? Excessive or insufficient arousal
Muscular tension
All this factors may cause premature ejaculation and addressing each of them is the key to curing premature ejaculation.

I think it is just a pre come not ejaculation to say in proper way. it is pretty normal to have precome when we are excited, as you said it was your first kiss with your girlfriend it may happen dont worry your hormones have started working in your body
