Sorry, I have not had laser hair removal, but a friend of mine has, and I have watched about it on TV. Sometimes there are temporary side effects after your treatment such as-
1. Pain- both during and after the procedure
2. Redness
3. Swelling- around the treated area
4. Blistering
5. Hyperpigmentation- temporary darkening of the skin
Unfortunately, there are some permanent side effects of laser hair removal, but they usually do not occur.
1. Skin discoloration
2. Burns
3. Scarring
So, the best thing you can do when you get your laser hair removal is to make sure to go to an experienced person who has a liscense for the hair removal. In this case, you are less likely to get the side effects listed above. I hope it goes well if you do decide to get it, but mind the risks! ~Curious Caitlin
