I have what I thought might be dry skin patches on my leg but having looked closer, they're more like small red bruises (about 1 cm in size)...there's four. I was going to wait a while longer to see whether they go but I think they might be Purpura and apparently you should get those checked out asap - can anyone tell me what they might be? Can anyone help? I'm starting to panic a bit! I have something that I think may be ringworm on my arm but not sure if thats relevant and some red raised patches around my hips that I think may just be dry skin. I take 125mcg thyroxine a day and am on the pill if any of that's relevant... Also sorry if i'm being a total hypochondriac but i've had swellings under my armpits before (although not right now) and my knees joints are very stiff (but I think that's running) I read those and these bruise things can be a sign of Leukemia..

So picture one is of 3 of the 4 marks (the 4th is also under my knee joint) and the second picture is a close up of one of them.
