I want to share one incident of my life.
I and my cousin were going by vehicle.I was driving and my cousin was sitting at the back.I was driving smoothly but suddenly a car came with great speed.We both applied brakes but still i was knocked by the car along with my cousin.I got minor scratches and wounds but my cousin got badly injured.He was hospitalized for few days and he had damaged his spinal cord and has got some problems in his daily life.I still think about that moment and tears come in my eyes for my cousin.
I pray to God to cure him and make him fine.

You should know that you can't entirely blame yourself.
From the way you make it sound, you couldn't have avoided the collision, it was the other drivers fault.
It is good to know that the two of you are (almost) alright!

The problems his suffering includes many.He has to walk with the support of a walker and cannot stand or sit on his own.He has to take the help of my family members and I cannot bear his condition and I am praying to God that he gets well soon.The doctors have told that he will be fine in about an year.Thank you for replying me.

So what he is doing now is that he's (re) building strength in his back, right?
Is he going for any physiotherapy sessions or something as well?

Yes from last week he has started to visit a physiotherapist to build strength on the advice of the doctor.He says that he is feeling better nowadays and doctors have also reported improvement in his spinal.I hope he gets well soon.

This just shows that our spinal cord is one very important part of our body. Aside from the fact that this serves as support of our body, it has also nerve connections that transmit signals to our brain.
