Default Teen health?

Hi All:

I am having problems with my period; skipping months, cramps, bloating, acne, terrible attitude. My doctor suggested taking a birth control pill, and said I could think about it. I was wondering what would be good, for a girl in her teens. I've heard some things about Yasmin and Yaz that sounded good but tell me your opinion. If you can also give me other birth control brands, I'd appreciate it!

The once-a-year period pill is good for women with heavy bleeding and cramping.
Go to marieclaire.com and type in the search box- once a year period pill. Hope I helped!

As a teenager, you go through many changes. For one thing, your body is on its way to becoming its adult size. Have you noticed that you can't fit into your old shoes or that your jeans are now 3 inches too short? Along with these changes, you are probably becoming more independent and making more of your own choices. Some of the biggest choices you face are about your health.
