Aside with the healthy routine (proper diet, exercise; enough sleep and regular exercise), many parents out there starting their teens to be more health conscious by avoiding bad habits (smoking, drinking alcohols etc.). While some parents also required their teens to take a health supplement/multivitamin. Which i think is more convenient nowadays. Like my mother, at the age of 14, they've started us to take kiddie vitamins and up to now, we've taking multivitamins usually from Maxalife. Health is Wealth.
