Default what are some good health tips for teen?

hey friends!
I have been looking for some tips to get good health for an early teenage boy?
My brother is one of the early teenager and he is skinny, always looking for some tips to get healthy and muscular body but could not manage gym due to hard routines. He eat much but seem like food is not doing justice to him.
what would you recommend?

Always make sure you have the all of your nutrients. Because growing teenage boys are so hard to satisfy. Their stomaches are like bottomless pits. They will also be eating a lot of junk food too. So that means they're not getting all the nutrients they need. IF they are always busy then they will not have to eat what is needed.

So try the Gensis product on my website. Which is all natural drink and it will give the boy all the nutrients he needs. Well I hope this helps.

There's a lot to do, but please do not start eating junk food. That will be bad for his health and may even cause diabetic problems.

Eating healthy food reduce risk of illness.Vitamin D helps improve bones growth.regular exercise is also helpful for keeping body healthy and fit.

Some teenagers take for granted their body and health. Proper diet, regular exercise and, of course, good hygiene are the key ingredients for a healthy teenage life.

Eat healthy food and also eat fruits daily.fruits are really very helpful for health.They contain many vitamins like vitamin A,B1,B6,C,E,D,K which are very much needed for good health.

I am also a teen so i think exercise is good for health.We should try to do some good exercises like jumping,high jumping etc.

Always try to live away from smoking and drinking. walking and exercise are best tips for teenage people. Try to eat health food.

Aside with the healthy routine (proper diet, exercise; enough sleep and regular exercise), many parents out there starting their teens to be more health conscious by avoiding bad habits (smoking, drinking alcohols etc.). While some parents also required their teens to take a health supplement/multivitamin. Which i think is more convenient nowadays. Like my mother, at the age of 14, they've started us to take kiddie vitamins and up to now, we've taking multivitamins usually from Maxalife. Health is Wealth.

Do regular exercise
Drink a lots of water
Eat fruits and vegetables
Do yoga and meditation
Quit alcohol and smoking
Avoid junk food
Alway stay happy and keep smiling
