Every day I take physical exercise at least one hour in the morning and have a balanced diet.

I have declined my heaviness to about 15 kgs by last 6 months by eating sparingly as my heaviness was about 98kg.I would like to have normal work-outs to form my body now that will hold me fit and healthy.
