Default Hayfever

I have hayfever and have had it for a few years. In the summer i get really bad hayfever in the summer but over the past few years it seems to have died down. Some kids just grow out of it and some people just have it threw life. But there is no cure just tablets which ease Hayfever a bit

I have read about hay fever and some of cure u can do it by :
1. Cut out caffeine, refined sugar and if you can manage, dairy products from your diet for one month.

2. cut back on wheat products.

3. Step up your intake of calcium rich foods such as dark green leafy vegetables, live organic yoghurt and soy milk.

4. Add extra garlic to your food or take a daily garlic capsule.

5. Vitamin C has antihistamine properties, so increase your intake to at least 500-1000mg per day.

6. Eating one teaspoonful of honey a day, before the hay fever season starts, is effective in reducing those unpleasant symptoms.

Thanks for your tips on how to prevent hayfever, anthony. I really appreciate it and I think I'm gonna need it for myself in order not to suffer this ailment. I always drink milk daily and eat oatmeal which both have calcium and fiber, respectively.

It is more of an allergic reaction to pollen grains.Nowadays, even adults experience hay fever.
Prevention is always better than cure.
To prevent it
Do not go much in gardens.
DO not lie on grass.
Always bath after coming from outside.
Keep yourself and bedding clean.

One of the previous posters was correct about the honey. However, they failed to mention that the honey must be local honey. Why? Because the bees harvest pollen from that area, which is the area you’ll be living in everyday, breathing the air from. Therefore, in order to attain immunity to it, it must be from the same location.
