I wonder what type of Lifestyle Changes Women Should Make When Trying To Conceive? Any one have any suggestions?

Eating a healthy diet is for starters. But also, red raspberry leaf tea is known as the female tea as it has so many uses from TTC to pregnancy, breastfeeding and beyond! Drink 2-3 cups of this daily if TTC and it is supposed to help with fertility issues. Good luck

One should start by eating a proper diet. This includes eating plenty of fruits and veggies and drinking water and laying off of the caffine. It also includes stopping smoking and limiting the consumption of alchol. You should also try to maintain an appropriate weight and get plenty of rest and exercise. These are not just things that the woman should do but the man as well. These things can be just as important for him as you when trying to have a baby. It also makes it easier when both make changes as apposed to just one of you.

It helps to be as close to your ideal weight as possible when trying to conceive, as overweight or underweight women can experience difficulties. Drink plenty of water, eat nutritious foods, don't smoke or drink, and take prenatal vitamins .

I agree AG! When you are trying to conceive you should go ahead and cut out anything that you wouldn’t want to do while you were pregnant (i.e. smoking, drinking). I was always so worried that I would be pregnant and not realize it when we were trying to conceive, so I was very cautious.
Prenatal vitamins are a must!
