Isolation Exercises
Hi guys. I just wanted to share a couple pointers about using isolation exercises.
If your goal is to lose body fat, then isolation exercises don't help. Building muscle is important to help lose fat, and the most efficient way to build muscle is to do compound exercises. Doing crunches alone to burn belly fat just doesn't work. Doing that will build stomach muscles underneath your belly fat and actually make your stomach appear bigger.
Cardio and healthy diet is how you burn fat.
