Default Keeping off the weight

When you start realizing results from a weight loss program, and you're where you want to be with personal fitness, then you will need to change things up a bit. These are a few things to keep in mind:
  • To maintain body weight, you must generally take in the same amount of calories you burn. This doesn't have to be exact, but the idea is to get out of a calorie deficit if you've been in one for awhile in order to lose weight. Once the body fat is gone, being in a calorie deficit will burn away muscle tissue and hurt your metabolism.
  • Slow down on the cardio. Unless your training to be a pro runner, you don't need to push yourself to exhaustion while running if you're finished losing weight. Some cardio is good for your metabolism, but too much at this point will only hurt your results. Pro runners have to eat crazy amounts of calories just to keep from being in a calorie deficit.

I think there are other ways are also there to keep off the weight. I used to weigh 115 kilos.I was always worried about my fattiness. My friends advised me the same thing as you said routine exercise and proper diet plan. But I don't like routine exercise and diet restriction. I was searching is there any way instead of these things and I found a easy to regain ideal weight. I found Stratzol.It helped me greatly.After using two months I have now achieved my ideal weight.

I think the trick really is to combine whatever method of weight loss you choose with some gentle exercise.

Well, if like me you had been trying desperately (to no avail) to shift the weight (albeit unsuccessfully up until now) – there is some hope out there for you.
