Default Using yoga philosophy to lose weight and keep it off

I lost 40 pounds post pregnancy and have kept it off using the tactics in a book called Savor. I just wrote a book review blog about it actually at santoshawellnessgroup.com It is a really easy read and is written by a buddhist monk and a western nutritionist so it has a nice combination of being both practical and inspiring.
