Default Recommit to your health solutions this Women’s day

You may have noticed that all those people who may have signed up to join gyms by the start of the year, all the resolutions fall of the wagon within months. There is a reason behind this because sticking to resolutions becomes difficult, so if you planning to re-start and get to the regime all over again then preparing for the Women’s Day that hails on 8th March is the right time to recommit to the wellness resolutions. This is how you can go about:

1. The first and foremost decision that you will have to take is by setting the goal and sticking to it. Make a concrete resolution and give up fatty things and opt for fruits, nuts and green tea. These help in reducing the fat content in the body.

2. If you are waiting for somebody to join in your resolution and give you company. If that is your thought of getting motivated for the resolution, then that shall not come. So, if you want to look good and in shape until the women’s day then don’t think of getting motivated, wake up and work towards your goal.

3. If you have joined a gym or performing exercises and expecting fast and easy weight loss then wait… have some patience. Rome wasn’t build in a day, so in the same sense even losing oodles of weight or getting fit within few weeks isn’t that easy. So, do not get panicky and think of alternatives such as running or cardio that can help you burn more calories instead.

4. Think beyond the box and do not just keep yourself entitled to gymming there are plenty of other ways that can help you get fitter before Women’s day. You can go hiking, play games that demand movement and render burning of calories.

5. A good night’s sleep can help you to achieve and keep yourself ready to for the day. Having a good sleep of at least seven hours can do wonders in helping you look fresh and making you active so that you are all geared up to work harder towards your goal. In fact even catching on a good sleep can do wonders in helping you lose a lot of calories.

So, arise and work to look good and fit by following the above points and complete your resolution this womens’ day.
