Established in the year 1983, the NO Smoking Day which hailed on the 9th March is one way to support all those who wish to quit smoking and become smoke free. This initiative is taken every year and in 2011 it was observed on the 9th March.

Every year there has been an increase in number of men and women who are addicted to smoking and there also many who are a part of the quit smoking campaign. Many smokers and non-smokers know that cigarette smoking is very harmful and it is full of toxins. With increased frequency the toxins get accumulated the body thus posing dangerous to the vital body organs. This, No smoking day if you had taken a pledge to give up smoking and trying to follow it with best possible efforts then even juice detoxing can be the additional and it is in fact the best way to reduce the craving that may have occurred in you due to smoking.

If you are true to your pledge and wish to live a smoke free life until the coming no smoking day then here’s how drinking juices can do wonders in curbing and reducing the urge of smoking very easily.

1. Drink a combination of juices made from vegetables and fruits and also plenty of water to reduce the temptation of smoking. The change may not be soon but subsequently the chemicals in the body may get killed or get eliminated.
