I was told by my doctor that I was obese I did salsa dancing and badminton twice a week and i did not over eat.
sometimes I think trying to categorize the whole population in to 6 groups is not going to work I carry on my exercise and diet as normal and my weight has stabilized.
Sometimes it really annoys me I have been stopped from becoming a first aided at work as it could be harmful to my health.
I have no further dedication to lose weight as I am not unhealthy I believe I am just categorized wrong.

*Moan over*

I know I should run more it is free exercise and it is not difficult I just hate running lol

water is very important but you also need the electrolytes, and the soda isn't good, I used to drink alot of soda, but i haven't tousched it in over a year and that has helped alot!
