Default Rewards for meeting your goals

Looking to treat yourself for sticking to your plan and meeting a goal without taking in extra calories? Try some of these rewards instead:

Download a new song (or album) for your workout
Buy a new healthy cookbook or a novel
Go to a movie alone or with a good friend
Buy a new outfit (in a smaller size)
Subscribe to your favorite magazine
Buy a piece of exercise equipment or workout clothes

I like to use a "thermometer" type goal chart to track my goals. You can find some printable ones here:
www . goal-setting-help.com/goal-thermometer.html
www . dwlz.com/thermometer2.html

or make your own like this one:

Those are great ideas. I have never thought of rewards like that instead of food rewards. I think your rewards would be allot better on the waist line than the Outback steak and cheese fries that I reward myself with, lol!!

I usually reward myself with something I would never by myself like some pretty earrings or a nice necklace. I appreciate my gifts to myself more because I know I worked for them. Buying a new outfit is also a great reward especially when you have to buy a size smaller.
I never thought of purchasing exercise clothes as a reward but that's actually an awesome idea. I know I always feel better about myself when I'm working out in a cute little outfit rather than an oversized shirt and old sweats!

I love the idea of rewards and not just for weight loss but for every goal that I set.. Thanks for sharing the thermometer type charts.. these are really cool and help in tracking progress.
Love the idea of buying exercise clothes as a reward. It will be a great boost and help in feeling good and looking good. :-)
