Depends on if you need to lose weight before you can really exercise...I had to lose weight before I could start exercising I tried a lot of diets and was pretty frustrated with most of them a couple were really good though my favorite of the ones I tried was the HCG diet I saw amazing results. I would try it if I were you, and then start working out on a routine basis to keep the weight off and to keep trim. From what I've seen and learned is that a lot of diets work its just the life style change that really needs to occur.

My formula is simple to keep myself fit, i burn more calories than i consume and the simple and most effective way of burning calories is by cycling or by running.
