Diet Pills?
My sister has put on quite a bit of weight recently, and she is constantly nagging about it, she is 18. Would taking diet pills be safe?

Yeah, why not?
But first, she should consult her GP

Diet pills may help some people with weight loss. But, they must be used in conjunction with healthy eating and exercise. I took a lot of over-the-counter diet pills and a few prescription diet pills over the last several years-some helped, while some were a waste of $$$.
She should talk to her doctor but do her own research too. My last doc wanted to prescribe me something that I looked up-my gosh! The side effects alone were enough to make me say no.

Your sister needs a long-term solution to her weight problem! Weight loss pills are not the answer.....after 100 years of dieting history, doctors and health professionals agree that the best solution for long-term health and weight loss is regular exercise and good nutrition.
Save your money on short-term solutions!

Hi,
Yeah, diet pills are good but be sure to consult a doctors advice before taking it for the safety. She can also try omega 3 fatty acid or fish oil. You can found it online.

This site really helped me. I started on this system for its natural qualities and no hassles. I stay with it and now use other products they offer. I saved lots of money on meals, including coffee, and clothes that were starting to get borderline. The products are natural and you have personal advisors to help you.

In my opinion any kind of drugs in the long run results in negativeness. In my suggestion you should try some detox plan. There are many detox plans like juice fasting, fasting on raw veggies and fruits, lemon juice etc. You can also consult few good health retreat centers like Fresh Start in Vancouver, i have personally taken their 5 days plan & i really got a change in my health. Their packages are also very nominal as compared to others & you will also enjoy the place, ocean beach, its natural beauty, luxurious accomodation, in short everything.. Hope that helps

hi,
Well for loosing weight diet pills should be last option because, Pills certainly have some side effects, may be the effect not visible in short term but such pills can cause long term internal hormonal dis order, So consult a GP before any intake of pills.
