yes i agree, exercise regularly, take a good multivitamin, and eat smaller meals more often typically every 2-4 hours, this works I personally have seen results!!!
and make sure you choose the best multiviamin that works because the average one you can buy in stores is useless.

Go all natural and do it cold turkey.
Just drop everything processed and go all natural six days a week.
Have one cheat day when you can eat anything (but still don't eat beef and pork and chicken)
That should be at least 5 pounds in one month.

1. Go all natural - vegetables and fruits. If you must eat meat, have some fish.
2. Drop the soda and juices. stick with water. Eight glasses a day, at least.
3. Binge only once a week. Consider that your cheat day where you can eat anything.
4. 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week.
5. Sleep, darn it. at least 7 hours a day. you metabolism slows down when you don't have enough.

3. Eat only whole foods and remove processed foods from your diet.

See, there are many ways to loose weight, however exercising is a long process. If you want to loose weight in a short period of time then my suggestion would be to try some detox plan. There are many detox plans like juice fasting, fasting on raw veggies and fruits, lemon juice etc. You can also consult few good health centers like Fresh Start in Vancouver, i have personally taken their 5 days plan & i really got a change in my health. Their packages are also very nominal as compared to others & you will also enjoy the place, ocean beach, its natural beauty, luxurious accomodation, in short everything. Hope that helps
