i think that depends on your race, say you're american, chinese, asian, mixed... we all have different types of skin and i guess it's normal unless if you have some certain illness. i have no issues with my skin color but only the dryness of it and so i take MX Hair, Skin and Nails Factor to help my skin becomes more glowing. eat more fruits and veggies and drink lots of fluids. do not stay under the heat of the sun for a long period of time and moisturize your skin.

If you just have pale skin, embrace it!! Porcelain skin is gorgeous. You can always use various moisturizers to add a glow to your skin. If you are having skin issues, there are various options. My mother is beginning to have age spots, and the discoloration and different skin texture was bothering her. She recently began using T36-C5 (which is the purest form of Melaleuca oil you can get) and it literally takes the age spots right away, and her skin looks brand new.

Sorry, I cannot really determine what it is that is your biggest concern... but all I can say is DO NOT GO TANNING to change the color of your skin. Super harmful!

Yellow skin is a serious symptom needing prompt professional diagnosis, because it is most commonly caused by jaundice with various possible underlying causes of jaundice including severe liver conditions. It is important to check for yellow eyes in addition to yellow skin.
