Eat more fruits and veggies. Drink water and only 100% fruit juices, some days as these have sugars also. Go easy on processed food. Exercise. Watch your stress level. And try to get enough sleep.

I do my exercise daily and use some food supplement to maintain it for ever healthy and wealthy.And moreover be avoid any type of smoking that is addiction.
