Default Menopause

Menopause is often one of the most difficult phases of a woman's life, and not enough attention is being paid to it.
Few women understand the hormonal changes, and even fewer of them realise that their mood changes are due to the hormonal changes. they have to cope with hot flushes, insomnia and unexplained mood changes.
They need the support of their partners and family members during this difficult time

My mom doesn't got any difficulties on her menopause but her friend got sick and lost appetite on her menopausal. My mom said to her that she should not pay attention to menopause because it will just get more difficult when you think more about it.

new gene variants linked with the age at which females experience their first menstrual period and the onset of

menopause, can even help in preventing breast and endometrial cancer and osteoporosis, and cardiovascular disease.

Forehand understanding of menopause and its effect should be understood by a woman.
It should not be taken as end of something but a fresh beginning.
Common problems include disturbed sleep patterns, vaginal discomfort and the emotional difficulties.

But my mother always said that she didn't encounter these kinds of problems.
Do you really think that it's possible?

My mother in law had a ton of hot flashes. We were just talking about it a few days ago because I've been noticing my own symptoms, which is really weird because I'm only 33. Problems with the reproductive system runs in my family, but I don't know if any of the women had early menopause. In fact, my mother, aunt, and grandmothers all had hysterectomies before they were my age- so I have no one to ask!

I have had what feels like a flushed face, 2 missed periods (no pregnancy), and crazy mood swings. But, I don't feel like going to the doctor only to have them tell me to not worry. You know how it is when you're 'too young' for something. :-(

My mother had a lot of hot flashes while she was going through menopause. She would wake up at night soaked in sweat, and had to keep the thermostat low at night. She went through a brief period of moodiness as well. It was definitely a tough process for her.

Just sharing... My auntie is now taking MX Menopause Factor. They said it can help to boost one's health to relieve menopause symptoms and fight many other issues that can be caused by this natural transition in life. Good to know that there is a supplement like this one that existing right now to help on handling this kind of natural transition.
