Default D&C done

I am a 25 year old married woman. About 2 months back I got D&C done as we didn't want children so early. Some doctors refused to carry out D&C stating that D&C of first pregnancy would result in infertility in the future. Still we opted for D&C as we were not at all financially good at that time. I used some antibiotics prescribed by the doctor. Is it true that D&C of first pregnancy will result in infertility? Please advise me. I am very much scared.

Infertility is on a distinguished road
Default It is not advisable for anybody to be ignorant of information

It is not advisable for anybody to be ignorant of information or be negligent ! You knew that you wanted to have a child at a later date. You ought to have taken proper adivise on contraception. A lot of information is freely available on the net, books, magazines, newspapers etc. Plenty of doctors are available all around. Proper planning saves time, money, emotional distress etc and leads to success. Never do things in an unplanned way. Any surgical procedures must be done under aseptic precautions and Prophylactic antibiotics must be used. Complications depend upon the quality of the hospital. On an average 3.5% of MTP’s can lead to secondary infertility. So right now don’t worry about infertility. Atleast now you properly follow contraception method, till you plan for a child. Oral pills, vaginal tablets, condom and safe period are the common methods of contraception. Please consult a good doctor and take advice. And cheer up for now !
