I can relate to not having the time to go to the gym, and many people are to busy on a regular basis to go. Diet pills or diets are not the answer though. These ways of losing weight may work temporarily or in some cases for extensive periods of time, but your are not staying healthy while using these methods. I know of a great weight loss program that is safe, all natural and provide you with all the nutrients you need to keep you healthy! The great thing is is that you can talk to a wellness coach to personalize a weight loss program to suit your needs. The great thing about the products are that you can continue to use them even after you've reached your goal to help maintain your weight. If you're interested I'd be glad to help!

In my case, the biggest issue is cutting down on my sugar and carbo intake. I get so hungry after breastfeeding I can't resist it. My daughter is 2 and I'd like to lose weight now, I'm like 20 pounds heavier and so much bigger, i don't think i'll get my old body back but I want to be healthier and stronger physically.

Unfortunately I am one of those moms who just does not lose the post pregnancy weight until AFTER I stop nursing. The very best thing that helped me though was eating 6 small meals per day instead of 3 and cutting out sugar. I would eat breakfast, have a light snack, lunch, a light snack, dinner and before bed either an apple or a few crackers. This kickstars your metabolism into high gear. I hope this helps in some way! I just had my 4th child about 6 1/2 months ago. I have a home business and we have a new product line for a natural and safe way to target fat loss that is wonderful! I am still nursing so I have not started on it consistently but my husband lost 4 lbs in his first week so I can't wait to start Contact me if you want to check it out!

1. What should be the ideal diet-exercise combo for a mom who is swamped with work and can't really take out the time to hit the gym.
2. Should I succumb to temptation and try quick fix diet pills or my all time favorite Atkins diet to jumpstart the weight loss.

Looking forward to your response,
Thanks!
Well, I won't suggest you to take any kind of pills for weight loss, rather take a detox plan as it would help you in reducing weight naturally. I have been through this when I was very depressed and one of my close friends referred me to Fresh Start Health Retreat Center ( had seen their fb page), situated South Island Highway,Oyster Bay in Canada. I availed the 5 Day Wellness Program inclusive of Juice Fasting & Body Detox. Frankly first i was very nervous about all these things but once reaching their, the place, atmosphere, ocean, spa service & service i was already feeling rejuvenated. They taught me about what to eat & what to avoid in the program, yoga, juice fasting everything went very smoothly & i was entirely relaxed, detoxed, recharged and felt awesome.. Along with this you can also carry out your exercise and other related recommendations.

i have been losing weight six months after i gave birth but a friend of mine told me it should be after a year since i am breastfeeding before i would try to lose weight to get those fats sitting on my belly. so, i just have to take MX Slender Factor supplement to somehow control my appetite and that i could no longer eat too much. i also drink plenty of water and more fruits.

I am 6 months pregnant right now, so I have been looking into options for losing my post-pregnancy weight. I will be breastfeeding, so I hope that helps some. I have been talking to a friend of mine, and she did a high fiber diet. I recently became a member of an online wellness company, that sells only products safe for you, and the environment. (As in, even their cleaning products do not have to have warning labels or child safety mechanisms because they are so safe.) I am thinking right after I deliver I will start implementing their craveblocker bars and do a lot of fiber. She lost 45 lbs within 4 months of stopping breastfeeding. The baby is now 2 and she has kept it off by just eating one of the craveblocker bars a day. So.... that's my plan. Hope it is a good one!! Thoughts? - (of course there will be exercise in there as well)
