PMS woes
Hi everyone,
I need soemthing desperately for my mood swings and low phases rigght before my periods. In fact, I've noticed that things have gotten worse post pregnancy. Could it be due to some hormonal changes? Earlier I would feel a little low and probably suffer from mild aches, but now I'm like flying off the handle for every little thing, suffer cramps and extreme exhaustion. The feeling wears off by the second day and starts about a week before my periods start. Will dietary changes make a difference?? Should I be taking a supplement?? Please help.
