Yes. It works. I agree with you that if milk is used to drink with dinner it don't seem to eat as much.

Smile Using calcium to lose weight

I read an article in ‘Psychology Today’ two years ago about this. It looked promising, I tried it but it didn’t work for me. However it is interesting when you consider that apparently many Americans do not have enough calcium in their diet and as a consequence are calcium deficient even though calcium is so easily available in dairy foods and several vegetables and nuts. (And from calcium supplements). What has really helped me to lose weight is a diet without “bad” carbohydrates such as pasta, cakes, pizza, sugar, etc. With my protein – fish, chicken, cheese I eat vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, broccoli, etc. I also take a calcium supplement.
