Default Underarm hair

Has anyone used the new oil of olay deodorant? It is supposed to inhibit underarm hair growth. I am very interested to see if that product really works. I think my underarms would thank me for not shaving every single day.

I have not heard of this yet. I may have to go by the store and pick it up. That would be great if deodorant could help with your underarm hair instead of shaving everyday. If it does work, I wonder how.

Well, I had some lasering done on my legs and the technician said that the laser could remove age spots and freckles, so maybe it would work for you. On the other hand, she also said that if a person's legs are olive colored or darker, the laser might leave spots, so...you might want to do some research about it.

I've never heard of that but I wonder if it'll work on facial hair (I don't have any...yet) and leg hair. Does anybody know how it works and is it safe? I mean has anybody had any bad side effects? Does it smell good or does it smell like those facial remover lotions (I don't have any facial hair but once borrowed my friends lotion, without her permission, and found out it was facial hair remover).

Yes, there are many products now boosting "shave minimizing" benefits, including deodorants. Avon has one, Dove, and a few others have them. I am currently using the Dove Visibly Smooth deodorant and even though it has only been a few days, I think it helps make my underarms feel smoother-- but I haven't noticed any less hair growth.

From what I have read, that is what the product claims to do...make your underarm stubble softer and when it regrows, it comes back finer. I haven't been using it that long to see these benefits though. Hopefully!

Jergens use to sell a hair minimizing lotion that I think would have been awesome for legs. I don't see it in the stores anymore. I wonder if it didn't work or if they just stopped selling it.

I did not even know that Olay had a deodorant. I hope that it works because I hate underarm hair. How did you find out about it?

Since I shave my arms, I have started getting discoloration (darkening) under there. I am thinking of using a deodorant that doubles as a skin bleacher in order to take care of that.

I hear there's one good one from Otentika. Does anyone else know of any other? Please feel free to recommend me a product.

Oh, and to the OP, Olay frequently places their coupons in the Sunday paper, so be on the lookout for it.

I am using Nivea deodorant. Its not harsh on the skin. It also minimizes hair growth in underarm.
