Default Have you been diagnosed with osteoporosis?

I am in my mid-30s think I still have some time to build bones, but I was just looking at my grandmother the other day and I think I need to get a move on. It seems like her back gets worse by the day.

You should take Vitamin D and Calcium. It would help you out a lot.

I'd posted my concerns abt this condition in another thread.. Even I'm really concerned abt bone health and osteoporosis. In fact, I think post-30, women at risk must get bone density checks and regular screenings done. I've also started calcium supplements and exercising.
