Default How to take good care of your lips ? some of the guidelines for healthy and beautiful

Our lips are the most sensitive part of our face and need to be nurtured with care. Proper lip care is crucial to avoid dry, chapped, cracked looking lips. Not only do cracked lips cause extreme discomfort they also spoil the look of our face, making it seem pale, dull and unattractive.
Taking good care of our lips is a constant and daily process. Regular applying of Beeswax Natural Lip Balm ensures that lips look fresh and healthy. This totally organic formula offers complete natural lip healing for soft beautiful lips. It keeps the lips moisturized, protects them against harsh conditions, soothes irritated skin, heals cracks as well as keeps them looking soft, glowing and healthy.

Bees wax – ensures soft, healthy lips

Beeswax is a natural wax produced in the bee hive of honey bees and is widely used in skin care products. Beeswax is known to be used in producing Lip balms as it helps to condition lips and create a moisture loss prevention barrier. In recent years, research has showed that beeswax is a far more effective ingredient for lip balms than petroleum jelly. Petroleum jelly provides temporary relief for lip conditions but does not augment moisture absorbing capacity of the skin.

SPF 15 – offers sun protection

Sunscreen in the form of a lotion, gel or cream has been widely used for many years to protect the skin from the harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun. The SPF or Sun Protection Factor of a sunscreen measures the effectiveness of sunscreen to protect the skin against ultra violet radiation (UV) that can cause sunburn, the higher the SPF, the more protection a sunscreen offers against UV-B. SPF measures the effectiveness of sunscreen when applied at an even rate of 2 mg/cm2.

Thanks for the tips Anna. They are great advice. Something else that I try to do, which helps me with my lips is exfoliation. When I am exfoliating my face, I make sure to also do the lips because that helps keep them soft. I don't the OP mentioned this.

Oh and the sunscreen advice is some good information because most people don't know that there is such a thing as lip cancer.

Thank you for this tips! Lips may just be a small part but it is surely a factor physically, agree?
