Hello Friends,

How to loose weight around your belly

1. Lie on your back with your knees bent towards your chest.
2. Clasp your hands behind your head, keeping your elbows out to the sides.
3. Breathe in and, as you exhale, pull the abdominal muscles in to curve the head, then the upper body, off the floor. As you do so, straighten the legs upwards as far as feels comfortable. Keep the lower back pressed to the floor and point the toes, keeping the abdomen pulled in.
4. Breathe in and, as you exhale, slowly lower your head to the floor while keeping your abdominal muscles pulled in.
5. Bend the knees to the chest and repeat the entire movement 8-10 times.

great one.. but i would like to add one precaution here.
any one who is suffering from any muscle pains or back pains should not try this without taking a second opinion from your doc.

There are lot of ways and medicines to lose weight. If you are using Medicine for this purpose. Then it is not good way. You must need to use natural way. Like Morning walk, exercise and other natural way.

I partially agre with Bryana, medicine is not a good way but there are supplements and meal replacement bars that can really help as long as they are used correctly. This worked for me!

There are lots of ways to lose the weight, but as per my knowledge any kind of pills are not safe for losing the weight. Natural way is the best way to lose the weight. All the information provided about losing the weight is really helpful.

It appears that it is harder to lose around the waist for some people. One reason is that if man and women are deficient in DHEA it can cause more fat accumulation around their abdomen. Many men are obese around their belly which is very dangerous for their health. Aging men will find it especially difficult to lose weight around their belly because they may be deficient in free testosterone.

I think reducing high carb food from your diet and adding more whole grain, high fiber food would help also.
